??Buddha is actually "super cool"---
Introduction to "primitive Buddhism" that will solve your problems taught by an "independent" monk!

React immediately to someone's words. Always reacting to SNS, Twitter, and online articles...Are you making unnecessary "reactions" every day?
All "suffering" begins with your own "reactions." Understanding this is the first step to solving your problem.
The person who taught us this fact and the specific methodology is Buddha (primitive Buddhism), an enlightened person who lived 2,500 years ago. This book introduces rational ways of thinking that can be applied to the lives of modern people while unraveling the original Buddhist scriptures. You can start at any age - Buddha's method of "neither raising nor lowering your emotions.''

Ryushun Kusanagi (author)

Media reviews and more
Touched the heartstrings of heavy internet users

An unusual Buddhist book written by a monk who learned from primitive Buddhist scriptures and is active without belonging to any sect has become a long-seller.

"According to the author, the Buddha's way of thinking, as written in the original Buddhist scriptures, is to understand things rationally, think about things, and solve problems using concrete methodologies. When we talk about solving problems through religion, we tend to think that it preaches a vague way of thinking, but that is not the case. (Takahiro Aida, editor in charge)

In fact, it includes ways to avoid reacting to things in vain, such as verbally confirming your state of mind by saying, "I'm doing ???? right now,'' and calming your mind by moving your body while being aware of the sensations in your palms and soles of your feet.

Perhaps empathy with the word "not reacting" is also a factor in its success.

"This book has a high affinity with internet media. When Kusanagi-san's writings and interviews are posted on internet media, there is a huge response and sales of the book increase. The people who check such sites are probably the ones who spend a lot of time on the internet and are constantly responding to information. Among them, there are many who feel that the current situation is bad, and I wonder if it will resonate with them. The number of downloads of this book as an e-book has exceeded 30,000, and I think that is proof that it has resonated with readers who are deeply involved in IT. ?h was also published. This book is also being updated smoothly.
