About the author
Paper craft artist. Born in Toyama Prefecture in 1967.
Awakened to paper crafting at the age of 27 and started working on it seriously around 2000. In 2003, while exhibiting at an art market, he discovered the joy of being popular with people, and his style changed. In 2008, he quit the company he was working for and became independent as a paper craft artist. His motto is "Creating works that once you see, you'll never forget.''
His main publications include "Paper Karakuri Kamikara'', "Paper Karakuri Kamikara Collection'' (Inforest), and "Moving! Magical Paper Craft Kamikara Animals'' (Nagaoka Shoten).
