Characteristics of "Intermediate Japanese Quartet"

The teaching materials are divided into Vol. 1 (Lessons 1 to 6) and Vol. 2 (Lessons 7 to 12); covers the N3 level of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test, and Vol. 2 focuses on sentence patterns and expressions, kanji, and reading strategies for the N2 level of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test.
? Each lesson has "reading,'' "writing,'' "speaking,'' and "listening'' sections, which are connected by a common theme.
The topic of the reading material for "Reading" is also taken up in the composition section of "Writing", the conversation of "Speaking", and the listening comprehension section of "Listening", and the sentence patterns and expressions of the reading material are used for listening comprehension. By connecting the sections in various ways, you can naturally develop the four skills in a balanced manner.

Tadashi Sakamoto [Supervisor]
Completed doctoral course at Boston University Graduate School, USA. Ph.D. (Applied Psycholinguistics). Chairman of the Second Language Acquisition Research Group, former vice president of the Japanese Language Education Society, and professor emeritus at Nanzan University. Currently a professor at Nagoya University of Foreign Studies.
Akemi Yasui
Completed the master's program at the Graduate School of Letters, Tohoku University. Master's degree (Language Science). After studying at Nanzan University, he is currently a lecturer at the International Japanese Language Education Institute at Nagoya University of Japanese Studies.
Yuriko Ide
Completed the master's program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the United States. Master's degree (Japanese language). Currently, he is a full-time language instructor at Nanzan University's special course for foreign students.
Miyuki Doi
Completed master's program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA. Master's degree (Japanese language). Currently, he is a full-time language instructor at Nanzan University's special course for foreign students.
Hideki Hamada
Completed doctoral course at Indiana University, USA. Ph.D. (Language Education). After studying at Knox University, Columbia University, and Nanzan University, he is currently an assistant professor at Akita International University.
