About the author
Born in 1940 in Tokyo. After graduating from the Department of Photo and Printing Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Chiba University, he joined Dentsu and belonged to the photography department. Won the first Taiyo Award in 1964 for "Sacchin''. In 1971, he self-published "Sentimental Journey,'' a book about his honeymoon with his wife Yoko, in a limited edition of 1,000 copies.
