Edited the original English text of "Benicia's Gardening: 12 Months of Living with Herbs" This is what I did.
It is written in the simple and plain English that is unique to Benicia, who has been teaching at an English conversation school for many years.

Venetia left England at the age of nineteen, traveling overland to India on a spiritual quest<.br> In 1971, she arrived in Japan establishing the English school ?gVenetia International?h in Kyoto in 1978<.br> She has been living and growing herbs in Ohara since 1996 and won the NHK National Gardening Prize in 2002.
She has published numerous books about her life and herb recipes<, br> and features in the NHK TV series At Home with Venetia (Nekono Shippo, Kaeru no Te).
