Black Jack Historical Color Pieces (Rittosha)
Categories:Manga & Anime Artbooks
New editing using existing color manuscripts brings back B.J.'s colorful and brave figure!
One year after the shocking "Black Jack Missing Pieces'', this book is a collection of 17 stories that can be called a sister edition of "Missing Pieces'', focusing on the episodes that were first published in bright four- and two-color pages. This is a long-awaited project for fans, as it was reprinted using an existing manuscript and included in the magazine's first publication. The book has been carefully selected to include all the episodes related to B.J.'s origins, so it can be enjoyed as a stand-alone book, and the episode "Friend Good Zuko'', which is considered a masterpiece, is published in its raw, uncensored form, allowing you to feel the passion of Osamu Tezuka.
In addition, it contains many valuable materials such as miraculously discovered unused names, unpublished manuscripts, storyboards for anime works, and handwritten synopsis manuscripts, making this a book that will satisfy B.J. fans and will be enjoyed by both avid fans and first-time readers.
