Born June 15, 1984. Graduated from Yoyogi Animation Academy and worked at Studio Pastoral. Currently working as a freelancer. It is affectionately known as "Ozakazu" and is also used in the title of this book. He has been involved in many original drawings and is active as an animator who can draw effects and mechanics, including the key animator for "Kantai Collection KanColle'', the effect animator for "Expelled From Paradise'', and the main mechanical animator for "Time Bokan 24''. In recent years, a lot of work has focused on effects. In August 2019, he published his first technique book, ?gAnimation Effect Drawing Techniques?h (Genkosha).
