Seima Muto... Born September 16, 1995. After participating in "Kamen Rider Ex-Aid'' in 2016, he has been in charge of storyboards for many "Kamen Rider'' series. Currently, as a freelance illustrator, he is in charge of character designs for special effects works such as "Ultraman Trigger NEW GENERATION TIGA'' and "Kamen Rider Revise,'' and will participate as an art designer (concept designer) for 2023's "Osama Sentai King Auger.'' He is expanding his field of activity not only in special effects works but also in many works and genres.
