Monster is now available from the ART BOOK OF SELECTED ILLUSTRATION series, an art book collection that organizes the works of approximately 100 active artists by theme!
107 artists active in various genres have gathered together, including illustrators, graphic designers, web designers, videographers, doll makers, painters, manga artists, tattooists, calligraphers, eraser stamp makers, and pyrography artists.
The monsters depicted include Yokai such as the Rokurokubi, kappa, demons, mummy men, fairies, angels, tengu, nekomata, mermaids, zombies, monsters, divine beasts, jiangshi, dragons, ghosts, skulls, Frankenstein, vampires, imaginary creatures, and many others.
The cover features an illustration by Ryo Taniguchi.
In conjunction with the theme of this issue, "Monsters," the beginning of the book includes a special interview with Mr. JAGUAR, who came from the planet JAGUAR as a representative of "aliens from outside the Earth."
We will talk about the trajectory of his success in music and business (temporary appearance on earth).
