In response to the popularity of "Kaoru Shintani ARTWORKS'' and "Kaoru Shintani Aircraft Graffiti'' (all published by Genkosha), the operation for the third publication has been launched!
This is a 272-page luxury art book with a super volume and full color print that collects thrilling gun action drawn by Kaoru Shintani.
Continuing from the previous volume, Kaoru Shintani talks about the charm of mechanics and is full of "stories about famous guns"! In addition, "Shintani's model gun course" will be added, and the author's comments that fans are coveting will be doubled.
The original drawing for "Sand Rose - Desert Rose'' introduces the best part of "guns and beautiful women''. About the author
Kaoru Shintani... Born April 26, 1951, from Osaka Prefecture.
She has been interested in girls' manga since high school, and moved to Tokyo after graduating from high school.
In 1972, he was selected as an honorable mention in the Niribon Manga Award, and in 1973, he made his debut by publishing "What's a Vampire?'' in the April special issue of "Ribon.''
In February of the same year, he married Kayono Saeki, a manga artist, and in March he joined Leiji Matsumoto's Reijisha.
After working as an assistant for about three and a half years, he became independent in 1977 and made his full-fledged debut by serializing the "Battlefield Romance Series'' in "Monthly Play Comic.''
Furthermore, in the same year, "Phantom Burai'' (original work/Sho Fumimura) published in the special issue of "Weekly Shonen Sunday'' became a hit and quickly attracted attention.
Since then, it has gained the support of many fans with its detailed mechanical descriptions and stories featuring charming characters.
In 1985, won the 30th Shogakukan Manga Award for Area 88 and Futari Taka.
In addition to aviation manga and car action stories, works with female protagonists, such as "Cleopatra D.C.'' and "Desert Rose,'' have fans excited.
