Sushi Picture Book
Categories:Japanese Culture
This is a sushi encyclopedia that explains about 320 representative pieces of sushi from high-end restaurants to conveyor belt sushi restaurants and the fish used as ingredients with photos. The author is Masataka Fujiwara of Bouzu Konnyaku, who is the author of "A handy guide to delicious fish for your body.'' From the author's database of sushi, which is reaching over 2,000 varieties, we have selected relatively popular ones and ones that are actually used in various parts of Japan. Even for the same fish, there are some listings that list multiple types of sushi, such as skin frosting and regular nigiri.
Furthermore, the sushi dumplings are marked with icons for "extra high,'' "high,'' "average,'' and "cheap,'' so you can order with confidence at a sushi restaurant with this book in hand.
Although this book contains 320 pieces of sushi, it is a handy size that you can carry in your bag. Please enjoy sushi with this book.
